I have to agree with you with the Rikkors, I'm a part of the rikkors (not saying who I am in there), but almost every single instance I join a meet or at least hang out, I or someone is usually attacked by something. Spells, weapons, whatever people can put on their avatars, and sure, it's amusing, but after a while, it kinda falls into chaos. Also, the 10% to creator is true, and not many like it.

recently gotten back into vrchat after roughly 2,5 years of not playing, this got me wheezing xD great video! still using my main narga avatar atm, they were (and probably still are) pretty tricky to reskin, hence why i think not many people wear them? loving to see so many older avatars beside the newer ones! it is great!

See this video is just awesome, as I understand the entirety of vrchat being a hit or miss on certain circumstances but it really depends vrchat is the way it is due to the user base so if it seems chaotic or unpredictable it is the user base that made like that

How things are based off my experiences 'cuz why not? :3 Also I'm bad at remembering creator/model names. 0:50 I think it's nardodragon? I forgot - Generally chill and relaxing. Though compared to most other avatars in the video, these ones don't really stand out and are basically "normal". 1:31 Punk yeens - Party goers that are surprisingly rather calm and confident in what they want. Likely to be more into of drugs, alcohol, and "bed time activities". 2:06 Otters - "Bottoms" of all types. It's just really funny because back when I used to see a bajillion of them everywhere, I saw different personalities of all kinds, but they all fit under the "bottom" category. Also, a bit quicker to talk about real life stuff than other avatars in my experiences, and are always positive and full of energy. 2:57 Mamagens - Surprisingly not all that sexual despite how the avatar looks. They are some of the gentlest souls, and most understanding people I've met, and do a good job at comforting people while giving nice advice... I'll definitely say they effect my emotions by existing in the avatar more than any other avatar though due to their design and because they are larger than most avatars. Doesn't help that most avatars I use are on the small side. 3:32 Sergals - It's extremely rare for me to even see them. Though the few times I have seen them, they stick together with other sergals usually, and seem a little wary of other people while trying to be nice. They seem to do things a bit more deliberately, and then claim they are head empty. 4:19 Wicker Beasts - Similar to nardodragon, they are usually chill and relaxing, but wickers are more likely to say things that imply they think of themselves as tough/edgy. Though wicker beasts I've talked to are usually some of people that want to cuddle more than most, and are extremely honest. 4:49 Rexoiums - Starter avatar since it's pretty nice, and very versatile. Sometimes sticking with it later and having a over customized avatar that drops everyone's frames. Since they are one of the most popular, they just attract too many different kinds of people to really say. 5:47 Taidums - Head empty kinded hearted chaos makers that know how to not take life too seriously. If I've been off VRChat for too long, Taidums are like the cure for getting me out of that serious mode where things have to be a certain way. Everyone needs to have their life shaken up in a good way from time to time so you can remember what is really important in life. = ) 6:29 Protogens ( Hey that's my main go-to!) - Bunch of nerds/geeks (I mean outside of the Synth, what other robot/cyborg furries are there of any decent popularity? Maybe mantled beasts might get popular). Yet despite loving all that, they seem to love simple jokes, and bad/non jokes more than most people would. Makes me wonder if it's because they love to turn the brain off after using it all day for all other aspects of their life. Generally seem a bit on the happier side, and seem to strike this balance of being able to be calm while having more energy than other avatars that I dunno how to describe. Good chance I'm heavily biased, but they usually seem like some of the cooler people I've met, and they usually have some cool projects to look at. 7:29 Bunnies - Very very quiet people, and I rarely see bunnies as well. Usually very focused on real life stuff. 8:15 Some canine avatar I don't know the name of - Generally people that want are or want to be dom. Usually on the calm side. Though nothing else really seems to stick out. 8:55 Hobkins (though I've only seen people with the older models, not this one) - Lewd, confident and they know it. They can turn on the lewdness like a switch with perfect control. Yet, they are more likely to talk about the tough problems in real life to try to solve them in a more professional manner than others. It's so interesting to see people switch between these extremes so effortlessly. So they seem more in control of everything they do more than most. Though despite this, it is funny they are the most likely to be the type to non-stop change avatars though =p 10:04 Nargacuga - I think I've only seen like 2-3 of them (and that was because they were newish at the time), and it was for a short time so I couldn't get a read on their personality. So I got nothing ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ 10:59 Rikkor (my old go-to avatar!) - There are three types of Rikkors. 1. Ones that love causing chaos and find it funny looking cute in the process because of the contrast. 2. Similarly but a bit more rare, people who are incredibly kinky, but want to be all like "oh noooo~, but I'm so cute and defenseless" kind of thing. 3. (Luckily the most common I encounter because I like the calm/quiet stuff) The most wholesome people you will ever encounter that will pay attention and listen to everything you say, and try to make you feel good. Usually preferring peace and quiet more than most other avatars. Though now that Swaria is a thing, I feel most of the wholesome people went over to the Swaria since Swaria ups the cuteness levels without going too overboard like some avatars do. 11:48 Avalis - Tough outside, soft inside. Gremlin energy, will say bad things for shock factor in general. However, they seem to be more down for cuddling, and talking things out with people more than other avatars. Oh, and they love the lore, and most likely Starbound as well since that's when avalis seemed to get popular because of that avali mod. Again this is just based off my experiences, and this is just fun stereotypes. There's plenty of people that don't follow the stereotypes of the avatar they use = )

As a persistent hobkin redux user, i can say we are very few and far in between. Not speaking for all hobkins here, but often times the booty is the motivator, but they are hard to stop using once you get attached to it’s personality. BECOMING the hobkin.

Never heard of any of these apart from the Protogen. A person on my discord board has one as an avatar. Still what about the avatars of epic human gamer? It's furry because humans are an offshoot from apes which are furry and if hybrids and dinosaur's are allowed then humans are also allowed being apes so they count.
