do not use vrbo... it is like scam site. If you cancel within 2 days as soon as you make a reservation, you can get a refund and you can't get a refund after that. It's so cruel and unreasonable. It's like a fraudulent website.

If you book with VRBO, do not book a property managed by Evolve. Ripoff outfit!
