Looks very yummy. Thanks for posting this video. Without using garlic and onion you are doing recipes very tasty. Usually what i feel is when you are using garlic in any recipe it will dominate the whole taste because of it's smell. Nowadays everyone is using garlic in all recipes. Sometimes the original smell and taste of the vegetables is lost because of garlic. Anyway thank you very much for sharing this recipe.
