Night drives are awesome! No traffic, you feel like you got most of the roads for yourself and wonder where all the other people are going or where they come from. You have some time for yourself to think and enjoy the lights around. Hard to describe but its a nice feeling

I've said it before, and I'll say it again... The fact that you exist is inherently important. The scale of your existence isn't what you're supposed to be looking at. For all we know, the universe could be infinite. I'd say, the true purpose of anything's existence, is to interact with everything in the universe just like everything else in the universe reacts with everything else. Stars react with planets and other things, humans react with planets and other things... You get it, right?

​ @Tom Kay Not privileging, but appreciating. The way I put it is a nice, generalised, unifying way of looking at our place in existence. Recognising our existence in an enlightened view can make all the difference in how one experiences it. The fact that we're here at all, amongst everything else that exists, has a genuine reason beyond current knowledge. I just happened to share my view on it.

I'm not sure if our existence is inherently important - but considering sentient beings are the only ones who can assign importance to things, we can assign importance to our existence, just as you are doing
