Taunt with whislte is debuff or using taunt rune or bleeding with sharp ring. Maybe sticky ring but i didnt test before ❤

Winter woof doesnt get procced by icestorm damage for some reason i already tested it

@@presleypromma1585I already tested with winter woof and the heals are too weak (0.3 per bleed taken away) also taking away a huge chunk of dps for nearly no benefit
