Recently my colleague and I visited a customer in a make shift room with seven or eight important people huddled around a table. We made a presentation on our software solution. Many questions were asked and clarified. Just as we were about to leave the most senior of the group, the host, spoke for just two minutes. It was very informal vote of thanks. He made each one of those present so important, and the meeting so valuable that I, not sure of others, felt like a chief guest who had just delivered a speech and had a standing applause. I was floored by the simple and beautiful sentences. He remembered each one’s name and what he said. Now I see that he followed the same structure you have mentioned. Excellent tips, and the last one on how to remember the list of people was awesome! Thank you very much for making this video so concise, and distilling the idea into a short formula which can be easily remembered. This is one of the most important lessons in life! I will watch this multiple times to internalize it. Thank you Dr. Modi, once again.

How to handle an awkward situation all on a sudden being not prepared prior hand, the tricks as discussed by the Doctor is no doubt praiseworthy which he deserves. A wonderful topic of discussion raised by the Doctor to educate people in handling such situation in exigencies. My heartiest gratitude to the Doctor for his such valuable presentation. I wish to see Doctor with new topics in future to enrich myself furthermore from his motivation channel. The last point is not convincing.
