How to calculate wall shear stress for flow over a cylinder. What steps are there...answer please

please see: github.com/Interfluo/OpenFOAM-Cases-Interfluo/tree/main/OpenFOAM-pimpleFOAM-Rectangular_Cylinder-main/OpenFOAM-pimpleFOAM-Rectangular_Cylinder-main/OpenFOAM/case2 . The important part is to call the wallShearStress function in controlDict: functions { wallShearStress { type wallShearStress; libs (fieldFunctionObjects); writeControl writeTime; patches (walls); } }
would you recommend the dual inlet/dual outlet approach? I am dying to do something that doesn't require me to remesh every time I change the AOA (without using overlapping mesh/AMI)
