Es un coche precioso, no me gusta que traiga los mandos del climatizador en la pantalla, es un error que a ver si de una vez corrigen en los modelos siguientes. Audi lo tiene bien resuelto, son mucho más cómodos e intuitivos mientras conduces. De parado da lo mismo.

Buenas Miguel Ángel, muchas gracias por visitarnos! El manejo de la pantalla es bastante intuitivo, incluso en marcha. Los mandos de la climatización permanecen siempre en la parte inferior de la pantalla. Además, los comandos de voz funcionan perfectamente, por lo que, si así lo prefiere el conductor, puede ajustar la temperatura (incluso la calefacción del asiento, la zona por la que quiere el aire o la velocidad del ventilador, entre otros) a sus preferencias simplemente con una orden de voz. No... not this boring color

I have been Volvo lover since years but this one and the previous XC40 is sort of unique exception where it is difficult to like the car and even more difficult to justify the price for it! It is almost as expensive as the XC60 ! Even more: for that price you can get a Hyundai Santa Fe, with better comfort features for rear passengers (yes, I know it is just Korean car....but technically is not worse) not available on the Volvo XC40 and even XC60 (seats inclinations, adjustments, sun shades at rear window). And the compromised visibility of the XC40 makes it difficult choice for those who appreciate driving sensation of a safe and driver oriented car. Bad job Volvo....

Hi myslecinaczej! We respect your opinion but we are not agree. The price, here in Spain, starts at 26.000€ with a special offer (the XC40 on the video is full-equipped), so we cannot say it is expensive (it is very well equipped as standard). And talking about the back seats, we and also in all reviews say they are very spacious and confortable (one of the best in the segment). Talking about visibility, I don't think is bad (I drive evert day this car). And the XC40 as been selected 'Car of The Year' for some reason. As we said, we respect your opinion but we don't share it. Thanks for watching!

Thanks for the immediate answer to my comment! Well start price is low compared to the XC60, you are right but then it will be just FWD car and not AWD! Then there is the rear seats argument: they are possibly comfortable for some but a few found them too much vertical (it is subjective though and I recognize that) but they are not adjustable at all! It is fact- not an opinion! They are not even adjustable on the XC60 (big shame Volvo- see BMW X3, see Subaru Forester etc, etc). No sun shades available on the XC40 and also XC60- it is yet another fact! Shall I go and buy Skoda (imagine!) to have this feature? Volvo is all about design and hardly about practicality... pity for me and many others who look closer and are not fooled by the touch screen toys (this on the Volvo is actually very good one) and wooden panel on the dashboards! Premium is no longer relevant in so many areas as it used to be ~10 years ago when premium provided some real advantages over "mass production cars". Visibility, you say it is not so bad....possibly just no so bad, surely not premium (it is just very simple that with such thick pillar it must be compromised). See a Subaru or again the X3 for a premium visibility cars or just see the XC60. Again, form over the function on the Volvo XC40. Appreciate the constructive discussion! Cheers!

On a positive side- it is a real SUV with adequate ground clearance (we cannot say that in case of e.g. Audi competition )and real active and also passive safety.... simply by Volvo!

Thanks to you! We are here to hear all the opinions. The XC40 we mentioned before for 26.000€ is a T3 FWD as you say. However, the car is well equipped (Full Led, all the Sensus with 9-inch screen and digital instrument panel, ...). Rear seats is true that they don't have regulations (either in the XC60). Don't know the reason (maybe they add weight). However, here we don't see many customers complaining about that. They prefer to have a good amount of space and boot, and both in the XC40 and XC60, it has a lot, compared to the rivals. If you lived here, we would invited to test the XC40 with you and share our opinions ;) Cheers!
