You have to lower the window down just right

Hi, why is the speaker removed? Is it to get to the riverts holding the window? Thanks

Yes, there's a rivet behind the speaker on the regulator

How did you get the window guide off the window? I can't reach it to drill out the rivets. Did you take the whole door panel off?

Yes you have to take the door panel off and the speaker out

It would have been much better to see the removal. Cut-to is worthless.
