it is standard valve springs. Actually the whole engine is stock :)

Hi, Rear end is from a BMW e34 540. It is a common rear end to mount on cars here in sweden if you want something that can handle more power. Nisse (owner of this car) and his buddies has modified it a bit to be able to adjust camber and caster angles too. Check out Nisses IG at @nissesv70 for more info 👍

2.9 has 83mm cylinders and 2.8 81mm, but sure the 2.9 can make some mad power also!

That engine block must be shimmed, no way it can handle 800hp stock.

volvo should make all their line ups RWD as standard like they used to, fuck them fwd bullshit

30 seconds in and I am put off on how they did it. Should have kept the standard interior design and put the exhaust out the rocker pannel instead of the back door. Kept the functionality of the stationwagon and be a mad crazy sleeper... should redo the interiour and exhaust . But I like the RWD volvo. I want to do that with my 850 T5 SW but I will keep my interiour standard. 😂

Erik , Är det inte lite 90-tal med Volvo vs. Saab och jänkebilar vs. japanare? Jag har åkt i några 700hk saabar och det är jäkligt kul, jag har även åkt i några 1000hp bmw och det är också riktigt skoj. Precis som jag gillar att åka i en original 50-tals Buick.. Jag tycker folk på träffarna nuförtiden respekterar andras favoritbilar mer än de märkesträffar jag varit mycket på förr. Rolig utveckling som jag hoppas håller i sig. 😊

I bet the wiring schematic is still beyond impossible to decipher . why can't Volvo just copy domestic builders when it comes to diag systems? They use everyone else's hard ware why not there soft ware? And don't get me started on the new spa cars.....FML The 3.2 in this video , ford engine....transmission on a early xc90 , you'll find the exact same trans in a Chevy w body impala . s40, c30 , s60 .....ford/ Mazda fusion and 6 , c30 ...ford focus , Mazda three , s40...focus , the v8 , shares almost the same displacement and block layout as the 2000 and up sho, and there both Yamaha engines....

It's the old 2.9-litre Volvo Modular engine (Stock twin turbo setup....very small turbos as stock). It is not a Ford engine....the much later 3.2 N/A and 3.0 turbo "T6" were Volvo design but build in Ford Factory in the UK

A stupid owner who advances a good engine and instead of trying it in a track he ruins the tires ( and the engine ) for no reason.

with all the time and money I put in my V70 T5,I would never do that kind of stupid shit with my car,I ordered Mickey Thompson tires from the US(285/18)burn outs are stupid,get on a track instead and learn how to drive.Who pays for your tires...????Your daddy.......???

Total waste of time! All that power and can't go anywhere with it. Should have kept that car standard and installed a smoke machine.
