Does anyone know what the warning light is with the flame out the RHS of the engine and the one beneath it means?

From the manual I found "Fire in engine compartment/Engine fire" and "Overheated engine compartment". Multiple people who worked on those buses mentioned the sensors for making those status lights light up are so close together (one is outside the engine compartment and the other is inside) that the possibility of "Overheated engine compartment" and "Fire in engine compartment/Engine fire" lighting up seperately was well, practically non-existent :P.
