Volunteers pick up trash to clean up after Fourth of July celebrations
People should have enough decency to clean up their own mess.

Ban fireworks in public areas.
If the trash cans over flowing it's because there's not enough trash cans.
Pick up after yourself! Be an ADULT!!!!
Surprisingly many people aren't.
Of note: Tampa Bay sits along the arm of the Gulf of Mexico. The Atlantic Ocean is on the east coast of Florida.
