This... this is the most realistic portrayal of both teams interactions I've seen to date. They're awkward enough to be realistic teenagers, but close enough for me to believe they've been through a lot together. The banter's also funny and definitely something teenagers would yell out when they excited or high on adrenaline. Overall, wonderful character and relationship portrayals for both teams.

The actual robot space battle was pretty awesome, and the effects in the Morphin' sequence looked pretty good.

Extremely impressed with the CGI in this, it looked amazing. Was fantastic to see Niko from Corridor in here, that was a neat surprise. A little surprised Corridor didn't do the VFX, but then, they're not CGI people, so it makes sense. Overall, a solid A production. Well done!

Would you like to explain why. In the early 2 thousands there was better siege there was better CG than what they showed just now so I'm trying to see why I'm trying to see why it's so great. Voltron's machine was too advanced for the Dino Megazord, Maybe the Dragon Mega Zord or the Thunder Megazord would of faired better.

I grew up with the original Voltron but i still think Voltron 2015 would mop the floor with both of them

It's amazing how high the production value for this looks, I love it!

I was so stoked watching this before. But it was now that I just realized they got a VFX artist, a Tech KZreadr, a former Power Ranger, a WWE Superstar, and a member of Smosh all in one video.

The Megazord is extremely powerful and has taken on ridiculously powerful enemies, but the Power Rangers are just a bunch of random teens. Voltron has taken just as, if not more powerful, than the Megazord, and the Voltron pilots have been trained for combat like this. The Power Rangers were just given their zords by Zordon with no explanation. I love Power Rangers more, but there was no question that Voltron was going to win that.

You obviously know nothing about Power Rangers. When they got their powers, the Rangers were given the knowledge of how to use the Zords. They just weren't stuck in there and forced to learn on the fly.

Too much greatness to comment on. The style was both familiar and modern. The dialog just the right touch of cheesy that fits perfect with the worlds these characters exist in. I bought into each actor as the characters they portrayed. So much FUN! On top of that, the CGI... top notch! The blood sweat and tears you put into this... I hope you all feel like it was worth it! Because that was GOLDEN.

Voltron and PR are adapted from Toei shows using the same idea... and while Voltron did use the idea first, it was came up with for Sentai first, by Stan Lee when he wanted to adapt Sentai, it was rejected and later Saban saw Sentai and decided to use the same idea and after a few years was able to make PR.

As a huge Power Rangers fan, the outcome doesn't surprise me. While the Mighty Morphin team is the most famous, they didn't really face the strongest villains in the franchise. Plus, I think Voltron is just the more impressive mech overall. Can't wait for Death Battle to have the same ending.

goezert Well, Hal Jordan is pretty much a universe-buster (at least) at this point, being able to beat Parallax (an evil Hal who has the power of Parallax and most of the green lanterns). But Scarlet Witch is a bit above that! In Avengers vs X-Men, her magic power was the equal and opposite of the Phoenix Force and she and Hope (the host of the Phoenix) held hands together and then the Phoenix left. Also, they aren't so similar. Green Lantern is more like Magneto.

Okay, but the real question is whether the Galaxy Megazord (Seijuu Gattai GingaOh) from _Power Rangers: Lost Galaxy_ (Seijuu Sentai Gingaman), or one of the other spaceworthy Megazords can beat Voltron. The Dino Megazord isn’t exactly designed for maneuvering in microgravity.

They can't. Voltron is too op for any power ranger team. Too fast, too durable, and offense is off the chart. Voltron hits the ground and the ground loses.
