Cuban Sharpshooter™ they’re different parts. The biased part comes from Jeremy saying he’s biased on being the Paladin of the Black Lion. Colour symbolism was a question. And whatever ship they’re in was the design person saying “whatever ship we’re in sets the episodes’ mood” or something along those lines.

The answer had nothing to do with a bi flag. She said she uses colors to set a mood. She said nothing about hinting at lance being bi ect...... Why don't you people just force the writers to say one way or the other instead of queerbaiting you with vague answers. I hate that crap. Just say Yes he is gay/bi or no he is not but we will have a bi side character. I mean what is so damn hard for these writers to say the sexual orientation of a character. How can you write a character if you are not commited to the basic foundation of what a character is. Male or Female, straight or gay/bi. You people who want it should DEMAND an answer so you aren't queerbaited.

S5 Spoiler: --------------Also...Shiro finally being free of Haggar’s mind control (which I swear they’ve been hinting at since the first season...and if that wasn’t enough, they’ve played around with the whole Mind Hacking idea in various ways since literally the first episode by introducing Alfor’s AI as a character...where as cloning? Not even once, despite mentions of torture and implant experimentation). I just hope that once he’s free he can still continue to fly Black, but...the dude’s basically past the need for a vacation long enough to last three lifetimes at this point. Oh, and #StillShiro , y’all (...I’ll make that counter-tag stick yet)

My favourite thing about watching these interviews is that you can understand why fans have asked certain questions for example the colour symbolism one was probably referencing the bi flag background Lance thing 😂

I'm just going to say that I think the creators are doing a very good job in developing this show- especially given all of the restrictions they face. They have to balance plot development, character development, drama/action/comedy levels, and so much more in a twenty minute time frame per episode- and a 2 to 2 1/2 minute frame per season. They also have to be able to connect with a variety of audiences, from adults and fans of the original to small kids. AND to put the cherry on top, they have been extremely inclusive of ethnic and gender difference, (not to mention there appears to be a lot of subtle commentary on racism infused in the show) which is extraordinary. With all that they've been able to accomplish so far (not to mention the gorgeous animation, visuals, and voice acting), I'd say the show is really doing a fantastic job. Truly, I'm very impressed. Go team Voltron! (Even further, I have to say that the rate at which they are releasing content is pretty wise on their part. It's frustrating to fans, but I can understand their methodology- I think).

If they don't do a musical episode then they should at least make ova's. Like a musical ova, Hunk being an amazing chef ova, and an ova of the paladins turning into babies except Shiro and Shiro has to take care of them as if they're his own children.

In all fairness, Keith was very much involved in the 3 seasons prior. I do agree that there should of have been more Keith in the last two seasons, but the parts we did get were really great (his mom!)! I do think if they make the right choice. Giving more character development to Lotor, Lance, Allura, Pidge (Sort of Matt..), Haggar, and anyone else I am missing was totally worth it. Anyway, he should have a much more active role in the next season!

I am not saying we have to SEE his character. But if Lance, Pidge, Hunk, Allura are his friends don't you think just a mention of him would pull the character into the story without him being there. Instead he is totally ignored and when we finally get him on screen the majority of the episode is the mall comedy sketch rehatched. with Keith discovering his mom is thrown in as a side idea. Yet we have loud mouth Lance -who I am quickly getting sick of getting a lot of air time so to speak being stupid. While Hunk is nowhere important. And don't get me started on the waste of storytime for Pidge and her family. 3 loooooonnnnggg episode focus.

clmco clmco I totally get what you’re saying, but personally I just thought it was nice to see Lotor, Lance, Allura, and even Haggar get some development. I know you don’t, but I like Lance.. I’m glad they gave him some more character. Yes, Keith should have been mentioned a lot more throughout the season, but we’ve got a lot of great Keith moments and it was nice to see SOME of the other characters get their time to shine. Sorry if my first response came off rude. I didn’t intend for it to be that way.
