Beautiful resort. Thank you for showing us this beautiful and serene place, but in the Volta Region, I think what you're referring to as "banku" is actually akple and the cooking is different from banku. Please let our vloggings of local places truly reflect the pride of their food in the local languages, and I believe that's what the African vlogging landscape is all about in decolonizing our mind. Banku is actually a Ga staple and is more harder because it is mainly made with corn, and akple is a mixture of both corn and agbelimor which makes its texture more soft and smooth. And "tilapia", we in the Evwhehland had been calling it akpa and had been eating it many many years long before it became "tilapia" - the boutique staple. The Ghanaian vlogging scene suppose to give power, self esteem and pride that had been robbed from the people through and by colonialization and Neo-colonialist Accra city elites back to the local places we visit as vloggers. We are all learning abii?
