I play football, and lots of teams I play against take a knee down when one of my teamates gets injured, Football is a sport where you either get a super toxic opponent team or a very respectful match yes

Respect is all we need for a good game 😻 I remember I lost a game because all my team was screaming at eachother, at me, it was so bad 😿 and we played like we didn't know how to play, that was embarrassing😭✋

volleyball is just not a game, its an emotion.....

the guy in the wheelchair- that was me last volleyball season. I had a deep bone bruise. :) hurts like hell- took 3-4 months of physical therapy.

This feeling when you retire from Volleyball......it's the most unhappy yet happy feeling, I don't know how to describe it

Even just small amount of sweat or water on the court can cause someone to slip. This sport is a lot more dangerous than most people think.

Sorry if this is wasting your time So I'm pretty young (14) and I've always wanted to play a sport properly but football and other sports never really interested me but volleyball just looks so fun I'm gonna get a ball, I've been told I can jump pretty high and I want to start playing but there's a problem I'm in England and I don't know of many volleyball places near me and my friends don't seem interested in it so I'm pretty much alone especially now with covid 19 so until that passes what do you guys recommend, should I train my body so that I can play? And practise with the ball I l might do that but I'm having doubts thinking it will be for nothing since there won't be any teams or nearby players to practise with. Thank you for taking the time to read this :)

Weight lifting is something that all volleyball players should do, but with gyms closed I would suggest body weight squats, and pulls ups. Also do lots of cardio. So to sum things up do lots of cardio, quad, hamstring, glute, and back workouts.

Yo dude, I was the same. I was honestly the worst guy in sports in class, and only really was outstanding in games like Ultimate (frisbee), where I would be the ace. I then started in 9th grade, and was starting to get into sports. Probably the worst player in the club, but still kept going even though I knew it would be hard to catch up to the others. The club just isn't for me, and maybe it isn't for you either, remember that. Volleyball is and should be fun regardless of where you play. Don't give up cuz I didn't give up, but now I play professionally.
