It was a promotional thing for vnl, I think the jersey was supposed to raise awareness for gender equality in vb

He is the lifter or setter of the team . He always wears different jersey. The opponent team lifter is also wearing different jersey.

@@myathit8605 Setters wear the same uniform as the rest of the teammates, the only ones who wear a different jersey are the liberos. In this case, the jersey sekita(jpn) and lavia(ita) was wearing is the equality jersey which is meant to promote gender equality in volleyball. Hope this clears up any misunderstanding.

Why sekita wears different uniform? (I dont know about volleyball)

Both lifters are wearing the different uniform. They are playing very important role. Every match the lifter wears different color uniform.
