I spoke to the guy with the blue cal look as there was no belt on engine lol 😂 I wondered if he could charge the battery 🔋, he told me he had trailered it there on his bay as he had just run out of time ⌛️. He has fitted a turbo on it too.

At 7:25 into the video that beach buggy with the V8 sticking out the back was Jeremy Clarkson’s in an episode of The Grand Tour. The signage on the front confirms what I thought. At 7:35 I think that was the hamster’s, because James May has his.

Why in the heck does everybody put on a clearcoat over the original paint job? You just messed it up

I think it’s to preserve the look and so it does not rust any further, but I get if it’s still there after 40 years protecting it now is a bit late lol 😂

@@VWFarm Im not trying to be a jerk, but that clearcoat does not stop the rust whatsoever. In my opinion, I feel that they should’ve just left it alone.

I believe those first two cars were restored original Vittone EMPI drag cars from the 60s.

If lowered and air bags no longer a vw?

Most vw modifications are lowered on air bags lol 😝 I don’t think vw have ever done air bags as standard
