Volkswagen Virtus in Lonavala | Real Life Mileage Test | 1.0 TSI AT | Fuel Efficiency of German Car
In this video, we took our Volkswagen Virtus Automatic for a 200 km fuel economy run across mixed driving conditions in city traffic, moving traffic, highways and even hills.
We didn't keep a cap on the speed, the A/C was running and there were three people on board.

Got 19.2 between Delhi to Lucknow. Mostly on cruise control on speeds of 80-110. Edit: forgot to mention that the fuel used was the extra premium x95 by IOCL.

My Kushaq on Highway gives 16 to 18 Current running is 3000 km

This is a decent score but I think the average will increase once you cross 5000 KM.
Got 17.6 from Jim Corbett to Faridabad on my Slavia 1.0 AT. It'll give better mileage after the first 3000 kms

Yeah, waiting for my car to cross the 3,000 threshold. The mileage has considerably improved post 2,000 KMS.

How much mileage was your slavia giving during first 1000 Km. ?
I cruised 150kms at 80 constant. Cause my car is brand new and run 600 kms. I got mileage off 20 kmpl

My car is new around 600km. I got only 12.5 during a 250km trip that is 85% highway.... Mine is topline AT.
Mileage is really good for the size of car 👍🏻

@@sharonjose i never felt so . Maybe coz i moved to this from a Figo . Also my budget was within 20 and I believe i got the best for it . If you have more budget then go for GT .

@@SMHastronaut Thanks for the response. I'm moving from an i20. Virtus Topline & GT (scaled down GT+) is similarly priced. I test drove a GT+. It is excellent. I'm inclined to go for Topline if 1.0 engine is sufficiently powered.

5 people with full boot : 40-42 rear & 38 Front 3 people with normal load : 36 is right

Bhai 5000 km baad farak padega. Especially after the 1st oil change u feel the difference between smoothness and mileage. Just one question how was control in lonavala ghat turns? Did u feel confident?

5000 to ho gaye mere cross, par main service ka wait kar raha hun, jo ki due hai next week. I was as confident as my previous diesel car, and I can say this confidently cause I have taken Virtus thrice to Lonavala.
How is it compared to city ?

City's mileage would be around 8-10 or sometime 12, depending on the traffic. And, on highways it goes up to 20 but most of the times it ranges between 16 to 18.
