The name of the brand is OMPV.

Where can i purchase sunblinds? I purchased virtus from noida (delhi ncr) and they are not giving sun blinds seperately, as they want us to buy essential kit And i dnt want to spend 11500 for full kit So please help?

Don't go for the essential car kit, it's pure waste of money and here in Bombay, VW themselves provide these sunblinds for just 3600/- and rear windshield at 1500/-. But there are different practices in different cities, hence can't comment on the showrooms in Delhi. And, since the car is new in the market, you won't get the accessories in local market.

@@japsandprats i ordered ompv product from mumbai.. but uska fitting not correct in virtus.. they sent me slavia sunblinds.. and fitting not appropriate!!

I agree with her... GT versions alloys looks horrible otherwise all sexy... Man I wish they put some sexy alloys not in dark ... In GTs

Can these sunshades (side windows & rear ) one installed in slavia ? As skoda dealership is not offering me they are forcing me to buy whole essentials accessories , I gave my car for ppf the staff at detailing store damage my sunshades for side windows that's why I want

I am not 100% sure about the fitting but you can try the OMPV brand offered by VW. After some time, I got to know that these are outsourced sunshades and many car companies provide sunshades of the same brand.

What is the cost of GT alloys n spoiler if we want to put it on Topline. My dealer at noida is asking 47k for black alloys and no exchange discount for topline alloys. Have to keep topline alloys in store at home.

Here in Mumbai they are not selling GT alloys seperately and the price of spoiler is 5900/- (in which 700/- is for fitting).

Bro did u pay for accessories while purchasing the car i had to pay 12 k extra for accessories with the car dealer told accessory is a must buy

Nope, I didn't opt for that package and in Oct 2022 it was for 10K. And, don't know why they are mandatorily making the customers to pay for it, here in Mumbai VW dealers are not doing so and you can argue on that as well by referring dealers of other cities.

I personally likes the piano finish and proper aligned dashboard of Virtus instead of that slavia's dashboard where that screen is not in the line with the dashboard.

Hi..How much did the entire set of sunblinds costed? And, are all door sunshades and rear glass sunshade included in the essential kit set?

It was not the part of car kit set, I have purchased this seperately for 3600/- and paid 1500/- for sunblinds for the rear windshield.

Have heard the rattle noise, issues with trunk n power windows come in after an year or so. Ride quality no doubt is great but Feel like should go for city! Reliable

Not in my car, but I've heard from people about the rattle noise coming from the dashboard and they got it fixed from the service centre. No issue in trunk and after update on Power windows, they are working fine. But one thing I can add that cost cutting has been done on the car which is pretty evident. Still, Virtus looks beautiful infront of the city, no doubt in that😉.

@@japsandprats Yeah .. that's more beautiful. That's why I am confused. Should I go for Virtus or city. City is more comfortable , better seats. They say, look at City after 8 yrs and look at VW car after 8 years, VW can not be maintained like city. Please suggest. Heart says Virtus, mind says city.

@@FerozKhan-df1vk - Honda City for majority of city driving, good fuel economy and comfort. The drivetrain is nothing exciting and highway agility and handling is also nothing to boast about. Suspension is soft so good for bad roads if you have them around you. The Virtus is a different breed and it sticks to core values. Starting from the paint quality only. It is far superior and thicker as compared to others. The engine is exciting, transmission is a great unit. It has 2 cylinder mode if you go for the GT and that saves you a lot of fuel on cruise control while driving on the highway. It has decent city fuel economy but yes in bumper to bumper traffic only the city will be able to give you good fuel numbers. The handling is great, around bends and even overall highway agility. Its a stiff suspension so you will have a bit of going-slow-over-bumps to do and the interior materials are decent but nothing to boast about. You will only get ADAS on City's Hybrid top model. The Virtus misses out on ADAS features which I frankly feel that in a country like India there is no use of it. That’s it Bro. Now you have to decide🙌🏻

Hi, have you noticed an issue that it itself goes slightly to left if we leave steering ?? Mine is also topline. I'm having this issue

We don't have this issue. But, clearly, it's an alignment issue, suggesting you visit your service centre.

@@japsandprats this issue is reported on team bhp forum also, i drove it from delhi to gorakhpur on yamuna expressway and felt this issue many times on straight road. Definitely I'll go to service centre in a few days.

Also, Have you noticed the dongle brand in your car for Car connect ? Is it recording all the trips regularly and responding all time to servers ?

Where did you get the front sunblinds from? The Pune showroom says they are not available

Bro here in Bombay the dealer provided me all 4 sunblinds. These are from a brand called OMPV and costed me 3500/-. But problem is that these are magnetic ones so in long run they'll do scratches. But the quality of blocking the sunlight is good and works perfectly fine.

This was our colour preference from the beginning. Carbon steel is lit, bro! Mileage - City (12-14) and Highway (16-18)

Mine city max 8 and highway just 12 to 13 asked service person he is saying after 1st service only u can expect any suggestion pls

I also have vw virtus highline 2 months old, my milage on highway is 20 kmpl and in city it’s around 16-17 kmpl. My driving is normally on speed of 90-100 on highway around 2000-2500 rpm.

Bhai yeh genuine horn nahi hai vw ka, as you can see it is not coupler to coupler. Aap agar yeh downtown showroom se lagwaaogay toh yeh cheater log aapko koi dusri company ka horn dengay yeh bolke ki genuine hai. Mere saath yeh scam ho chuka hai. Agar aapko genuine horn chahiye toh service center jaake lena. Udhar pe aapko horn ₹3700 tak ka padega gst mila ke. And woh original virtus and taigun ke liye hi hai dual tone.
