when i installed the head unit to my 2018 VW TIGUAN, and i tried connecting thje USB head unit to the OEM USB but i am still not getting power, could you help explain?

how is the sound quality on the rear speakers , i have sent back 4 Chinese head units so far because the sound on the rear speakers is dull and muddy . could be something to do with the VAG pre amp not being powered by some units . i had a few before that were fine but the new Gen looks to have issues with audi and vw rear speakers and the front are very mid range .do you have any help you can offer with this like wires that would need to be connected etc .thanks
