Volkswagen 2.0 TDI CR - P0087 P0088 low and high fuel pressure

Engine starts well, idles nicely. At full engine load the MIL comes on.
The engine controller log shows codes p0087 and P0088.
16471/P0087/000135 - Fuel Rail/System Pressure: Too Low
P0088 - Fuel Rail/System Pressure: Too High

    I have a po193 code but comes up with the rail sensor which i replaced including what u replaced also new fuel filter and those additives that clean the fuel system but still po193 code and limp mode

    Had this code in the video flash up and p2635 come up mk7 golf went into limp mode will I need a new pump do you think?

    This throw both codes at the same time? Mine had a p0087 then the next time I ran it I got a p0088

    Yes, this only gave a fault at full load and both codes came at the same time

    @@1600GSI If you are just getting p0087 and no metal shaving in the fuel rail and that sensor is buzzing must it be replaced or cleaned ?

    Dirt in the fuel system, wear in the high pressure pump. New high pressure pump, 4 injectors, return valve, pressure sensor, fuel tank emptied and a new fuel filter.

    No, only a lot of dirt in the pressure regulator valve

    @@1600GSI my pump had a little bit of shavings do you think I have to change the injectors or just the pump?

    You will have to replace the pump, which is where the metal comes from. Check the high pressure relief valve and the high pressure sensor in the rail, if there is metal in it. The relief valve, pressure sensors and the injectors will need to be replaced. You can service out the injectors to be tested.

    @Tomas Lietuva. I have a Audi SQ5 3.0 tdi 8R. I have same fault code of P008800. Sometimes when i go full throttle, it goes in faulty mode with a light something like this: ➿ in orange light. It has no power anymore then, until i stopped the car, and start again it goes away. Can you please help me?! What it can be.. so what, can you let me know. As best a part number or name of it. Please help me out! 🙏🏼

    @@wassimcht6847 yes. 5 and 6th cilinder injectors were wrong levels so changed for new ones. And afterwards the problem was still there, so the high pressure valve was the problem bcs it gaves 2200 level pressure. But it has to be +-1704. So now it has changed. It gaves a good 1720.

    I have the same problem and I’m not sure how to fix it but I do know that the symbol is the glow plug light and that sends the car into limp mode
