Same. I had no fucking clue with the 4th room. Volkner evidently has WAY too much time on his hands

Fun story: I had the original Diamond game and couldn't figure out the puzzle so I used a friend's Action Replay to walk through the walls (cheat codes) and get to the gym leader. But I forgot to walk back out of the gym once I saved and my friend went home with the action replay. So I was stuck on the gym leaders little island for a week until my friend came back because the puzzle pieces didn't match up to let me out since I cheated. Now fast forward decades later and I still can't figure out this damn puzzle! Hence why I'm here.

This helped because I was running around this gym and candices looking clueless
