I bought this album the day it was released on a strong recommendation from my local record store owner. I have bought this tens of times since. It is amazing that the best somg of the 90s was released right at the beginning of a decade that produced many wonderful tracks. The swongwriting and performance of Eddie Vedder in this track is stunning. Then they exposed it fully on MTV by doing this song on Unplugged (which was an event every week). Stunning performance.

I needed this reaction. Watched so many and this has been one of my favs. Going back Into the song alittle faster would be great but still. Thank you. This type of music was wussy music when I was young. Now it makes me tear up and I'm obsessed. Lol

OMG!! I just totally fangirled out with you my friend. My eyes teared up at the same line you were talking about.. being a star in somebody else's sky... so beautiful! I remember being laughed at from my friends as I rocked out to it, eyes closed, singing as loud as I could!! They are truly the best band EVER.. and Eddie's voice is smooth like caramel and is as crunchy and punchy as Pop Rocks!!! I loved watching you love and remember this tune with me.

I watch either PinkPop 1992 or this set. Eddie Vedder was at the pinnacle of his career during this time. The PinkPop concert is mind blowing. It physically alters my whole being. The entire concert. And did you notice that Eddie missed a line in this song? After watching at least 100 times, I noticed. He realizes it , shakes his head, hint of a smile and recovers by changing up the a line by raining a few notes. Eddie Vedder was like a demigod to me bac in the day. Amazing artist. Doesn't hurt that he's absolutely gorgeous and so nice to look at.

When you first said that the song brought you back, I was like, there is no way that you were old enough to have heard that song when it first came 'round. Then you said that you were leaving h.s. and heading to college! It is so not fair that we seem to be the same age and you look twenty years younger than me. 😆 Thank you for doing this reaction. I loved seeing how this song made you feel so many different things. It's truly an amazing performance and it always brings chills and tears to me. Have a wonderful day and thank you again for a great reaction! Oh, and enjoy your visit back home! Long time coming, so glad you get to spend time with family. That's the best! - Chelsea
