It is good to see you back doing Dimash! I hope you can check out his version of Samaltau which he did for the Tokyo Jazz Festival from his home studio due to the pandemic and also his performance of A Thousand Miles which he performed in China before the lock down. It has to be one of the most gentle beautiful songs I have ever heard.

Love A Thousand Miles, Common Dream...there is something gentle about this song, plus some vocals or tones that I have never heard Dimash sing...I think this song is for connoisseurs,,,,,,,AND Dimash just announced on Instagram that a completely new song of his is coming soon :)

I actually prefer Dimash version than the original CD version which is actually good, but Dimash manages to give each and every notes so much expression.

He's had a concert in NYC last November, and it would've been a no brainer for his team to arrange for a few more concerts in the US given the rave reviews. Unfortunately the pandemic killed all possibility of that happening in the immediate future.

edukid1984 he performed at the Barclays center in NY in December 2019- solo concert . Sold out . His pic now hangs there . It was an awesome concert. I was live streamed the concert as it was going on . An incredible amount of nationalities were there and they all sang together in several languages. It was really something . Literally every age from children to teens to adults an older were there .

Without compromising Céline Dion's version, Dimash's performance is impressive and you know and feel that when you listen to the original versions again, Since you feel that something is missing, and that something is! The personal touch of her vocal range that gives extra brightness and wonderful and unique sounds. I really like their reactions, because they are objective, easy to understand and sincere.

I don't know if your comment is a positive or a negative one towards Dimash , I feel like it's both in a way . Dimash never covers a song the exact same way , that's why professional vocalists appreciate his covers more and more and that's how it should be done . If you're gonna sing exactly like the original then what's the point of making a cover anyway . There are some human parrots out there who can copy the style and even mimick the voice of other great singers , if you like this kind of stuff more , I recommend checking out Marcelito Pomoy's cover for this song .
