It has been a month since your reaction I found out a few things. I learned she was so sick that night that she thought she was going to lose her voice. But she went out there and did her best. She said her first phrase was shaky and that her voice kind went sideways. So just an update from that night.

Daneliya is fantastic. She always surprises us with her magical voice. At age 10, she was the winner of The Voice Ukraine. She has almost 1 and a half million followers on her youtube channel. Good reaction. Unfortunately, Daniela was eliminated and isn't going any further than this on AGT. I've seen a clip where Daneliya says she isn't going to do any more shows like AGT because it makes her insecure and unhappy and she just wants to be happy.

Daneliya also has a Studio version of "Arcade" with 9 million Views.

Thanks so much for reacting to Daneliya. She is a truly exceptional young talent. Despite her youth, she is already a seasoned performer, having broken through to international recognition back in 2017 when she won the Voice Kids Ukraine, despite being one of the youngest contestants and coming not from Ukraine, but from Kazakhstan ('Dimash country'). Others have provided you with links to her extensive discography; she has several original songs to her credit, and slays every cover she sings. If I were to suggest three or four that especially showcase her vocal abilities, they would be (1) "Not About Angels" (Birdie cover); (2) "Hostage " (by Billie Eilish); (3) "The Month of May" (Julie Parchuta cover); and (4) "Diamonds" (by Sam Smith).

Daneliya has sung around the World. I will list some places. China, she was invited as a guest to the China 2019 contest. Cayman Islands off Italy, she did a charity concert. She sang in Eurovision. In Russia, sang to a huge crowd, and was awarded a Bravo prize. Ukraine, entered and won Voice for Kids. USA, two times, now three times. She was invited to the Worlds best show, and AGT show. Her home town of Almati, several concerts. Probably some i am missing. She has sung in five languages. She won her first contest when she was seven. She sang a song in English, although she didn't know a word of English.

Thank you for reacting to Daneliya. She’s amazing. She’s singing, of course, but she’s attending high school here and wishes to go to Stanford University and major in law. I don’t know if that will happen but she’s very smart, I think she’ll definitely have an opportunity to study somewhere great. Simon’s comment about the voice crack is a point of contention. I’ve been told he was referring to when she said “Pennies” in the slot. Is that a crack, or maybe it was a choice. It didn’t bother me any, whatever you call it, but I’m no expert. Mistakes take me out of the song. To me it’s not anything worth noting if I have to listen to a song 15 times to hear it. Ha. And if it was intentional then it’s no mistake at all. I think Simon was way too critical, unfortunately it may have bothered Daneliya a bit to hear him say that.

Daneliya is one of my favorites, I am proud of and for her. I was basically on my own at age 16, it's not easy. Daneliya is a hard worker and I love the independent part of her too.

I always like reactions from an expert. You mentioned that some of us know Daneliya. I think the number is quite high since she has over 1.4 million subs on her YT channel and already has over 7 million views of this AGT performance.

She did a video where she said she gave up her YT channel bc she couldn't meet their renewal requirements. I don't know what those are. She also said she didn't pursue it further because she would have had to take down her 100 or so covers, which she felt would have been unfair to her fans. By not renewing, she preserved the free corpus. If she had renewed, 1.4 Million would certainly be much higher now. I'm not on many social platforms, so I don't know if she was able to migrate most of her fans. I did the next best thing and joined her Patreon to offer SOME kind of support. Even if her career tails off, I feel like we still owe her for the years of incomparable beauty she already provided.

Since I first heard her a few weeks ago, that thought hasn't left me. That such a gift should be shared is a given, but the gift of her character and family must also thrive.

Daneliya has more views than the winner of the show by over a million views and more than likely more than every one that finished in front of her put together just like the first time she was on the show it's a shame this show doesn't care about Talent only their political agenda !!!! I agree, she was robbed a second time by AGT. The numbers don't lie, I don't care who those "Superfans" were, they are obviously not representative of the general public. Daneliya's video has been constantly more popular than almost all other contestants and I personally think it's better than even the 1 or 2 that do have more views. That Tom Ball video with 10 million views "Creep" is really good but has gotta be promoted heavily by the KZread algorithm because, honestly I've heard much better versions. Don't even get me started on this topic...lol!! I could bore you to death with all my grips with AGT, my second favorite to win was Ana-Maria Margean, the 14 year old Ventriloquist, she got 4th place but was also robbed. She's also got a ton of views on her performances.

I will never forget her blind audition on the kids version of the Ukrainian Voice which she easily won. She’s amazing.

Lauren, now that you've stumbled onto the Daneliya rabbit hole, you might want to stock up on caffeine pills. You won't believe her output. She did a 'remote' concert during COVID to make up for a cancelled Texas concert. All the songs, if I understand correctly, were single-take/live. I first stumbled onto them when I found her "Dear future Husband" cover.

And the interesting fact She was really sick while that performans and she didn't even sing befor because she could lost her voice 😢

Daneliya didn't have to do this appearance and it wasn't her choice to do that. but what I understand is, They asked her to do it for exposure. She was already in a contract to do an EP for 3 songs and an album after that. EP is coming out on 16th April. It's about time some company woke up to grab her. From what I hear, one of the songs will be in the Russian language.

Lauren, NOBODY heard her voice crack. That whole statement was treachery on Simon's part. The crack about her being 'more human'. I don't even know what that means. Except it left a mental image of her to overcome. I know I sound like a conspiracy nut, but this goes back to the AGT season she was on before and questionable things happened during that show too. Aside from that this young lady has been singing this way since she was 10 and won The Voice Kids Ukraine, 2017. Daneliya is very bright and beautiful young lady with an amazing gift. She makes it seem so effortless, which belies the hard work she puts in to get a song just the way she wants it. She is also not afraid to take what others might call a hit and turn it on it's ear and create a whole new context to view it from. Daneliya lives in the Boston area and attends a prep school there to complete her education. She wants to go to Stanford after high school. All this and pursue a singing career. In a live chat, Daneliya said her voice DID crack because she was sick, and stage effects (smoke?) got to her. She hadn''t even practiced the song, hoping her voice would hold. Anyway, to me, her comment could just as well have been a class move to stay above the politics.

It is great to hear the react from a voice teacher who understand Daneliya's singing better than me. Since I heard Daneliya sang in AGT in 2020 competition, I did a research on her history and found all her performance are unique since she was 8 year old. She played all songs contents and built them to be her own unique art to make listeners to enjoy and to be happy with her musical-angel-voice, but she also practice & work very hard to provide her quality performance in every songs that she sing. Since, I followed her around 2 years, I just listen to her different performances repeatedly and enjoyable. This is one of my favourite performance when she was 8-9 year old.
