I have to say this i was getting neg vibes from past many days...not giving out love passionately to anything and anybody..after listening and seeing the video i have got all the positive vibes..wat might b the reason!? Your not well groomed look, a simple white kurtha, your use of words, ordinary examples...put together a HUMAN BEING...not ordinary or extraordianary...i call you as a human being..who observe and make a deep sense of act of self and others...that can either make someoneor break someone! :)

You need to learn from other people, their experiences and encounters, and what they did during their course. It is always wise to learn from other people's experiences ( both good and hopefully avoid the bad). So if 500 various individuals have been compared and in our case, they are all successful in different fields obviously there would be uncommon things. Picasso doesn't need to train like Pele. So definitely we don't need to factor in the differences because they would be invalid due to their variability in the field of work. But definitely, we can draw out qualities which were common in all of them though they are in different fields, this signifies that those qualities were essential no matter who they are and what they did but it helped them to be the best in what they did.
