Mujhe pichle 6 saal se problem hai, pichle do saal se smell ana band hogyi hai..nak mai bharipan rhta, nak sukh jati hai.. mujhe esa lgta hai k dimag ki koi Nash dab gyi hai.. Bolte bolte adha sentence mai hawa nikl jati hai sentence poora nahi ho pata.. phir akele mai baat khud se baat krta hun to bht low pitch or bolta hun tb thk thak niklti but itni low pitch or hum daily life mai survive kaise kr payege.. Please mam answer me.. iski wajah se mai khi job bhi nahi kr paa rha hun.. Maine checkup kraya tha 2018 mai to mujhe sulcus vocalis bataya tha..but doctor bole isse jada koi farak nahi padta hai awaz par.. apne ise psyclogical problem bna Li hai.. Mera day by day bht confidence down ho rha hai.. Ab mai call pick krne mai bhi 10 baar sochta hun.. Please help
