Christi, last year Diana told us, due to Puberty she has lost a lot of her upper Range and was devastated because she wasn't able to sing all these Songs anymore you heard on the TV Show .. Since last Year she worked hard with a new Vocal Coach to regain her Upper Range and this "Take on me" was to Showcase her Improvement .. Atm she is studying for an Important Exam that will enable her to enter University .. she wants to study Music, especially Singing and also Song-Writing /Producing/Arranging etc. and pursue a career in this field, she told us she wants to dedicate her life fully to Music (she said this recently in a Video answering Questions from Fans) She also promised to learn more English in order to communicate with her international Fans ..

Beautiful 'chocolate undertones' in her voice. Such range! Wow! What an incredible ability she has to move between registers and octaves and resonance! Wow. Your delight was fun to see, as always. I think Diana, Angelina & Dimash, & Lauren Bretan & the likes are the new generation of singers for the future, They are all different. My POV I do prefer Angelina's tone & timbre more & how she can do anything but that she seems to put a jazz or blues or soul feel to the songs she dose, & I do like Lauren also. I see Diana being more Commercial & Pop, & Dimash I think he's in a contemporary pop (i don't know the new turn for "New Age" Like Yani, Or Kutaro ect.) & Lauren would be Opera, Christian gospel & crossovers & Angelina I see her hopefully doing more of a Jazzy/blues & soul, & some contemporary pop. I don't know. What you think?

I am 64, I live in Arizona. I took vocal lessons as a child and in high school. Though music has all ways been a part of my life, I don't sing much except when alone or in church. However, I got chills, goosebumps, and tears in my eyes the first time I heard "Rechenka" & "Wicked Game". She is her own style. She easily passes from Russian Pop, Native Siberian, Jazz Scat, Russian Folk, and just pure Joy! And she's a contralto (miraculous)! I would like to see her attempt classical singing. In any case, the world is much more beautiful to me, now that I know she is in it.

She should do a duet with Angelina Jordan. Two incredible talents

Yes, what I learned from this video when it came out is that you can just make the lowest note very breathy instead of ending up going into a vocal fry all the time. It really keeps your cords relaxed.

Эта леди сравнила Диану с Шер и Шакирой только в одном аспекте голоса, тут же добавила, что ни у Шер, ни у Шакиры нет в их голосах других аспектов, свойственных Диане. То есть тут не Диану сравнивают с этими певицами, а скорее наоборот, её ставят в пример этим певицам :)
