As you can see on the top right corner he is wearing the MoP rare item Mr. Smite's Brass Compass.which transform your char into a Tauren for 10 mins :)

It's default UI WoW damage text with any current Font changer add on (I use FontDamageChanger). The name of the font is Sofa Chrome which you can google and download. After that, you just need to replace the default font in the add on with your chosen font in the file. If that sounds confusing, Landsoul has a UI Tutorial on his youtube page.
