Good video! For the "hissing" exercise, after managing to sustain it for 35-45 seconds, how much would you recommend to increase the counts?

There's no limit on how long of a hiss ... the only problem i have with students, is when they can't even make it to 35sec... it tends to be apparent when they sing phrases in songs. Try hissing to particular upbeat count ...that tends to be more challenging.. once you've learned to just take a your time breath and release up the 45 sec+.

Good tips. Maybe next time she can talk about vocal health tips? I drink a chamomile tea and do a warm compress before recording. It would be nice to learn more.
