The crowd singing along are fanchants they are really common in kpop not just BTS.... fanchants are given by the company and they are meant to support and give te members the energy when performing We chant each of the member's names and some parts of the song The fanchants are strictly written for us to follow and sing along with the boys You should hear us sing along in stadiums especially Brazil ARMY

4:12 you mentioned how it appears to be taken through a single camera and that's actually quite true. This mv is on a single take sequence bc at this time, the weather was too cold so they had to do a perfect and highly efficient take/filming so they could wrap up as quick as possible

You should see theire kbs 2017 performance. They perform there with a live band!!

The fans are doing the fanchant, there's a official one to each song that is going to be performed live. But that's not a rule, in Brazil, they ignore the fanchant and sing the whole song including the rap lol (and its mind-blowing).

Every time i watch this channel's videos i realise singing is SUPER difficult. Imagine how hard Jin, Tae, Hobi and Jimin must have practised since they had no singing/rapping background. BTS have worked so hard, like hats off to them.

Just so you know, the save me music video was taken in one shot, it’s very hard to do and they did it so well! Also I think you’d really like the follow up song called “I’m fine” you’ll notice that the choreo if I’m fine starts where save me’s choreo ends, and the vocals and rap are amazing as well! And yes, the crowd always does the fan chant during dance breaks and in the beginning. They also have a specific one for jungkook’s euphoria which is in Korean but really cute haha

We're so into it, because we love not only the music, dance moves and their appearance like some people say, but their personalities as well. Maybe even more. They're hardworking, humble and caring people, they're like friends to us. It's possible to know them better, because of the videos or shows they upload. Because they're as close to their fans as they can. Twitter, Waverse, V app. I know that seems weird to other people, loving so much people you don't really met or seen in reality. (Well, concerts are expensive and not available in some countries) But there's so much material, like from their very beginning. Watching everything we really started to know them. And they're really amazing people. They share with us their fears, emotions and weaknesses. They spend so much time and material ( for example Albums love&speak yourself) to help us, young people and not only. To teach us about appreciating and loving ourselfs. Teach us that we can dream and make that dreams come true. I'm sure that if you or other people wanted to know them better, you/they would love them. If you ever would like to know something more about them, you could watch "Who is BTS? Seven members of Bangtan" I guess that's the title. I seriously love the fan chants too. If you get the chance, you should search on YT, “BTS Billboard Fake Love fan chant version”. The fans were INTENSE. In the official version released by BBMA, they muted the fans. I personally prefer the fan recorded videos where you can hear everything

The fan interactions during songs are called "fanchants". I isn't an Army-only thing, it's actually pretty much the norm for k-pop groups. I'm not sure when it started but it goes back to groups like Super Junior anyway. In terms of organising it I think that a group's management generally creates fanchants but I also think that there are times when fandoms themselves develop their own in addition. For example a title track will have an official fanchant but b-sides don't always so we create one and sometimes even make additions to official ones where we see fit. It's a very inclusive and fun thing for fandoms and it makes our relationship with your chosen groups more special. A fanchant is made up of chanting their real names in sequence (usually leader and then from oldest to youngest), the group's name, and then repeating the lyrics of the song that they are performing at that time. For example what you're hearing in 'Save Me' is their name chant (Kim Namjoon, Kim Seokjin, Min Yoongi, Jung Hoseok, Park Jimin, Kim Taehyung, Jeon Jungkook, BTS) followed by phrases like 'Save Me, Save Me' and the repetition of Korean lyrics as well. They're fairly difficult to learn to begin with but after a while it becomes second nature ^^ Sorry this got so long adjbfsdhaa

(i think) bc that was a beautiful moment where the fans sang for bts
