I love the fact that you describe the vocal tract with the “passages” vocabulary. I’m an opera singer and I find it frustrating that most teachers don’t use that vocabulary with their students! Plus it’s so much easier to understand. Yay!

When I’m up in C6 zone, I’m fine (actually more comfortable above). Give me a G4 and I’m still swearing at my voice teacher. Huge kudos. Something she always uses is a zipper analogy. nobody: me after watching Hannah's videos: the FIRST PASSAGE is the area between our HEAD VOICE and our CHEST VOICE and sometimes it can feel a little UNSTABLE it's kind of like NO MAN'S LAND

I love her... Honestly this is so amazing.. I think if I had her voice, I would never shut up... 😂 On another note: I definitely have to work on my vowels... It makes such a difference... But it is so hard to change, what you've been doing for many, many years 😅🙈

Rachel Zegler is one of the best singers in our world, at this point, I believe. I almost feel, she isn´t thinking much anymore about technique. Her instrument is just working. I am not sure about this one, but in this recording I heart a few notes a little flat. Wich is fine. The level of her expression is brilliant anyway. Could be the audio? But did you also hear this?

This was really beautiful. Cynthia Eviro has also a stunning performance of still hurting. Maybe check it out.
