I said it time and time again. Regine needs to be in broadway and/or be a Disney princess. She has this magnetic, mesmeric, and flawless vocal abilities. Martin's vocal abilities and techniques are impeccable and smooth as butter.

This is by far the best live duet I've ever witnessed. They even surpassed the technicality of the originals.

Spent a few years living in Manila in the 90s and I can tell you without a doubt, these two are the best singers among a nation of really, really good singers. Only Martin N could upstage Regine V with his voice. And damn what a voice.

Can you imagine when you’re actually there. I am being honest here and I will say that Regine sounds 10 times better live. That’s when I became a big fan of hers when I first heard her sing in person. Her voice is mesmerizing. Her performances here on KZread does not give justice. I feel so blessed to have watched several of her concerts when she was in her prime in the late 90s through the mid 2000’s.

I've watched her concert R2K, 2-day concert with Jeffrey Osborne and Peabo Bryson wayback 2000 or 2001, then Songbird and songwriter concert with Ogie... dang! She was and still IS absolutely perfect! Her vocals are so amaaaaazing!

I know right. Regine's voice on live performances literally will make you feel out of this world.

Regine and Martin duet is the most perfect ever! All the elements, the dynamics, and everything you can ask for in a duet are there! AWESOME PERFORMANCE!

ahh the "Concert King" and "Asia's Songbird", what a wonderful duet. Before you ask there is a "Concert Queen" its Martin Nievera's EX-Wife, Pops Fernandez. Martin Nievera actually is in the same generation of Gary Valenciano. Martin and Gary were the ones that dominated the late 80's and 90's.

She's not called "Asia's song bird" for nothing

Sorry, but there is yet to be born who can sing as great as Regine, but one thing i believe is that Morissette is currently the best singer(in our country). One thing people don't recognize about their difference is that regine is like the "pro" of pros, "master" of masters. Pitch perfect. She's like the "mother" of great beings.

maybe because of cultural differences. Also, Filipinos have been exposed to american music. We idolize american singers/artists. We looked up to them and emitate the way they sing. Im sure there are great or even better singers in China.

I've been catching up on all your previous reactions. Wanna hear something trippy? I knew & sang w/ Martin in the early 80's! We were part of a singing group in Northern California and he did a duet act w/ my best friend. He was sooo good and nice, like our big brother. His voice was spectacular and had this affect on everyone even then, and he was brilliant at duets. It trips me out seeing these videos.
