That's one of my favorite things about him. It can be annoying to some people, but it lets me know that he's doing everything live. I can hear different versions of the same song and love them all because he always does something unique with his voice. It keeps it fresh not only for himself, but also for the audience listening

He is not interacting with his public, his public is serenading him !!! Showers of love , he is the most admired and loved 🥰

He could only practice and practice since he was 8yrs old... no playing for him, that is also why his tecnic is so amazing, he worked sooooo hard for it!

He improvises every concert differently, depending on the crowd. He is known for his improve, and challenging the musicians in his band with his voice (voice vs. instrument). He is not human!

As some people have probably already said, Luis Miguel has been singing for most of his life, basically since he started teenage years

This was Luismi in his prime years. The 90's. His album En Vivo (live) of this tour is amazingly good, sounds perfect. Not many artists can sing as good as he did on that tour. 👏🏼 One of the best to ever do it

Yes, the majority of this performance is improvised. He’s been improvising this song since the late 80s and every concert he’s performed this songs which have been thousands he’s always improvised the climax, and to this day is just as exciting and he always does something new. He’s in my opinion the king of improvisation in Latin America. He can improvise a whole two hour concert and I would pay any amount to see it. He’s way of improving is so surreal. I remember watching little Luis Miguel on Siempre en Domingo in the late 80s and early 90s. He was wonderful then and just incredible now.

It was 1982, Siempre en Domingo, his debut!! I fell in love instantly. He is stunning physically and vocally.

I loved your reaction! So genuine. Gushing just like I do when I hear him and appreciate the difficulty, the enormous vocal talent! I discovered him when he was 14 years old (I was too) while changing channels and I saw this gorgeous young guy with a fabulous voice and such a presence about him. I was amazed and looked for him every Sunday on the Spanish channel variety show Siempre en Domingo. I liked him so much I learned Spanish very quickly listening to his songs and interviews, reading articles I could find in the US. I was blown away during his concerts and he gives everything from start to finish, such passion and charisma. His live performances I feel often surpass the original recordings. No one else like him. I hope to see much more of him.

Luis Miguel is one of the Great (with caps). Having a favorite song of his may be as hard a choice as any. However, his rendition of La Bikina highlights his prowess as few other songs do. He has amazing voice control, power and emotion. I love the way you smile when you are enjoying the music... keep it going, Beth, thanks a lot!

He did seven C5 in that improv part. He belts up to C#5 back to back open throat and so clear tone, also he belts D5 E;b5 E5. When he was 16 he hit alive C6 C#6 D6 Eb6 E6 F6 Alive concert. Crazy.. At age 16 his voice sounded like a grown man. At age 16 he would reached Mariah, La Belle high notes.

Luis Miguel, has one of the best singing techniques and reached notes like the ones you just saw. It hurts today excesses of bad life or good life deteriorated his voice a little, but that of Latin singers of romantic boleros and traditional Latin music is today the ICON to follow, unsurpassed what the achievement It was so good that if you put him to sing some rock songs it would surely have been striking, but in his environment that he chose he was the only one to have great successes in the 90s, surpassing artists such as Alejandro Zans, Eros Ramazzotti, of the time that they were. very good

i have to disagree with you, his voice is still great, he does not reach those high notes as he did when he has in his 20's but that is normal, happens to every singer.

​@@peterpan9516 I guess it depends on what you mean by: "as he did when he has in his 20's". Does he sing things the same way?... no. Has his technique gotten better/healthier/richer?... yes. When Luis Miguel was a child/teen he had whistle notes. He lost those super high notes by the time he got to his 20's, yes. I'm not talking about whistle tones here. In his 20's, his youth allowed him to pull his chest heavy mixed voice all the way to D5 with no problem. This is not sustainable. So as he aged into his 30s, 40s, and 50s, he has actually learned how to sing the same high notes but with a more balanced mix - much healthier - and with several different placements - much richer. My point is that he hasn't lost much range, and his technique is built for longevity. Sure, he can't pull his voice like when he was young, but there is not a single song from his 20s that he cannot sing today with a more balanced technique. I will concede that as he has gotten older, he has gotten into the habit of improvising every song he sings. So everything sounds completely different than it's original version, and some people think that he does this because he can't sing anymore. Luis Miguel does not do this because he is avoiding the high notes, but because he likes to show off his improv skills.

I really recommend for you to check out his fist ever public performance on TV as a child singing La Malagueña. The cutest child singing a crazy difficult song with a passion as if he had lived many years already. Totally recommend the show on Netflix about his life, he has had a crazy and sad life too. Such an amazing performer!

He's older and you can see his power and control as an older singer. Too many favorites to list from him. Listen to "Mexico en la Piel" album which comprises 13 Mariachi covers. In the early 90's Luis Miguel made a lot of success in Brazil with a song that became the main theme of a soap opera. The music is "La Barca" which is still a lovely ballad nowadays. I'm really bad translating pronunciations but let me try: the correct pronunciation of his name (Luis) would be something like "Loo (like in Boo!) - IS (like He/She is)". :) About the audience singing along with the singer, have you seen Queen in Rock In Rio 1 singing Love of My Life? I believe you will enjoy it a lot! Freddie did!
