Daneliya won that season of The Voice Kids Ukraine. She actually lives in Almaty, Kazakhstan but her home country does not have The Voice, so she entered the contest in Ukraine. She was only 10 years old when this was recorded. (She turned 11 about a month later.) Her first name is pronounced Da-NEL-i-ya. She speaks pretty good English, and has a concert coming up in the United States in Houston, Texas in March, 2020. She is currently 13 years old.

I would Angelina in the conversation here. I think Angelina and Daneliya will go far as shit! Hopefully they keep taking care of their voice, and keep improving. So good already, just imagine what they could be in 10 years.

I am not very knowledgeable about the languages of the region, but I believe that her second song of this segment, Trymay, was in Ukrainian. So both songs were in what, to her, was a different foreign language. I believe that the speech during this segment was all in Russian (the common language of Kazakhstan and Ukraine). Yes - Definitely do the 2nd half of this audition segment. Daneliya gives one of the most angelic encore performances ever to air on television. It is ABSOLUTE PERFECTION. When God teaches angels to sing, in the future, he may need to pull up Daneliya’s encore performance on KZread to use as a lesson.

The song she performed for her semi-final 'Many Rivers To Cross' will blow your mind. They have a 17 min. compilation video that you should watch after that. She took of like a rocket from here. She has performed in may parts of the world. The other thing is she is tiny even now, I don't think she has cracked 5' yet, and she is as thin now as she was back then. Where she gets the power from must be from God. She competed on the American show, "The World's Best". She made it through to the next to last round, but was swept up in the politics of her countryman Dimash's incident. I am sure if you call up Dimash vs. World's Best you will get a better detailed explanation of what happened. Daneliya was amazing on the show, she was approaching her 13th birthday, which is by some happy accident, the day before my birthday. Except I was sliding into my 68th year of the battle. She was born the day before me, and Man walked on the Moon the day after my birthday. Oh, getting back to this video, just before she starts singing and she is in the dark, just before the lights come up you can hear her say something very softly. She says, " God help me", it is so precious, then lights, camera, action and the rest is history. I'd say her prayer was answered and we are all the richer for it. She and Dimash participated in World Best, in the United States. And it was she who was one of the reasons that Dimash said that he wanted to give children a chance. Ugh!! Another Dimash fan borrowing Daneliya's spotlight... AGAIN!!! So sick of seeing it. Just so you know, I'm an American and watched The World's Best as it happened. Daneliya was my and my whole family's favorite. She should have won. Even if Dimash hadn't quit.

@@Jeki_toki Да там изначально шоу было шито белыми нитками, дети соревновались с взрослыми, вокалисты соревновались с акробатами или фокусниками, вы и сами прекрасно знаете что этот проект был изначально создан что-бы завлечь туда Димаша ради рейтинга нововведённой сырой передачи, а парень не захотел играть по их правилам, да и культу не позволила. Как известно на их официальной странице в Ютубе уже как пару месяцев все видео удалены, так как деньги на просмотрах они уже заработали. Ну а за Данельку немного обидно, тоже очень талантливая способная девочка

@@Jeki_toki I said, myself and my family thought Daneliya should win. Throw all the numbers, technicalities and whatever you want at this silly competition. Daneliya was more connected to the songs she was singing and we felt it more. And she lost to Lydian, a gimmicky piano player, because giving Daneliya the victory would have looked bad for this pre-recorded "reality" show. Interesting side note. The World's Best YT channel blocked all of their videos just as Daneliya's number of views on her videos were about to overtake the number of views on Dimash's, TNTBoys's, Enkh Erdene's, etc...

Dear Frank! There was another song at that performance. Something happened that I hadn’t seen on such a talent scout before or since. Daneliya was asked by the jury to sing the spare song as well. She sang again within two minutes. (As far as I know, the singers are asked to have a replacement song if possible, in case there is a song choice conflict) This is a risky request from the jury. What if it's not that good anymore?
