That is Chance he is a baritone/bass and he is 4 octave. He takes over bass when Tim is singing or they flip and Tim does baritone and Chance does Bass. It’s fun trying to figure it out.
I've seen them 5 times, and their voices are their only instruments. The purest music there is.
Chance stepped into the group in 2016 as their baritone, but he was a bass in the group he was in before that and can do both, but he's not as superbass as Tim and cannot go as low as him, but each of them bring different facets of talent. Please look at their cover of "Can't Stop The Feeling" where they break down each sound they are making in the middle of the video.
You should check out their cover of 'Man Of Constant Sorrow.' This one REALLY showcases their vocal-instrument capabilities, however, they do use a looper in this one.
no instruments, my brother. this is the magic of HOME FREE.... no instruments
That was Adam Chance, he was the bass of Street Corner Symphony.
No instruments, only their voices!
Adam Rupp is not only a beatboxer, but also a percussionist. I've heard him do exoctic bird sounds, a fog horn, a trumpet sound, a harmonica, and so many others things, also. I don't think there is a sound he can't mimic. As far as I'm concerned, he knocked this one out of the park with all the change-ups. The other guys were also fantastic, especially Tim who was showing off that 5+ ovtave range of his. These guys are all so multi-talented it's crazy. I've seen them live 6 times now, and they amaze me every single time. Thanks, Frank. I always love watching your reactions.
This group is 100% A Capella. Absolutely no musical instruments involved. And for the record, Chance is a Bass/Baritone, so he can fill the role of Bass if need be.
Hey, Frank! 😁 These men are just that good! Everything youre hearing is 1 million percent them and when they perform live, they back it up completely! No instruments used other than their voices, hand claps and stomps. I've seen them live 8 times to date and they amaze me more each time! Their versatility is as incredible as their voices! 😍 Thank you for the great reaction!
They never use instruments. I've seen them live, they're incredible.
I love that Chance still gets referred to as the new guy , he joined in maj 2016
Late in posting:
That another bass/baritone is Adam Chance. You already reacted to the song "Helplessly Hoping" and he sings first there check it out again 😉
By far my favorite thing about watching reactions to different groups is watching the widening eyes when super high or low notes are hit; an absolute pleasure to witness, each and every time!
Christmas song, but their cover of Can You Hear What I Hear really let’s you hear their talent. Adam Rupp beatboxer arranged this song.
The guy who surprised you singing bass is Chance. He is a baritone, but he can sing bass very well, too.
I saw them live last year. They are absolutely awesome in concert & their blending harmonies are so smooth.
No they can sound that full and what you see in videos is what you get live. The beatboxer, Adam Rupp, what he can do is insane. He is a one man band. In "Man of constant sorrow " you hear a jew/jaw harp, that is Chance. They a double bass in Tim and Chance. Tim is 5+octave, Chance 4+.
No instruments...Only their voices! Their beatboxer, Adam is amazing!
