ABOUT…
I am Rebecca and I am one heck of a passionate vocal coach/singer/songwriter/impressionist/health/fitness/self- improvement/anything that makes me smile!! I love anything vocal/singing related and geek out on it every day. I want to motivate and inspire others to follow their dreams…corny? Well maybe but it’s true. So what’s motivating me?? I had a huge tumour removed summer 2017 and my ovaries and fallopian tubes. The tumour was the size of a 20 week baby!! However, despite not being able to walk for a couple of weeks, and feeling generally awful…. It has made me create and do what I love! It wasn’t an easy time but I won’t let fear dictate my life. I didn’t think ‘why me’, there are plenty of horrific issues people have to deal with…it’s not always smooth sailing. It’s true when you hear, ‘Life is short’, the crazy thing is, I am glad it happened…I appreciate life even more and practice gratitude everyday…It’s so easy to get caught up with the little things…and I do sometimes, but look at the bigger picture, will it matter in a year or two…?

Luis Miguel is a mix of many things. Spanish and italian heritage, born in Puerto Rico with american citizenship. Moved to Mexico as a child, then to Spain and then back to Mexico still a kid to become the star of Mexico and pursuit his mexican citizenship. He has stated that he considers himself mexican and us mexicans love to say he is one of our own. He is a very international person though so he is more than just mexican for many people I think.

I”ve had the pleasure of seeing him perform 4 times. He sounds amazing live. Doesn’t have an opening act. He is it. He respects his audience and the more we engage with him, the better he performs! Thank you for appreciating him the way his fan do.

He can sing anything from romantic ballads to the classic Mexican folk songs. He's so loved and revered in his Mexico
This is personally one of my favorite live performances period. Everything is just spot on. Music,vocals,performance.
I'm not a vocal coach, and I'm not trained or educated in music. BUT I do know special when I hear it, and Luis Miguel is special. He's a world class singer/vocalist. For those that don't know it, I like to call him an international playboy. His father is from Spain, his mother is from Italy, he was born in Puerto Rico, and he was raised in Mexico.
At 1:34 she says “...of this young man” hahaha...this young guy turns 50 in a few months ....of course this video is from 2000 so yes he was young
Remember this is LIVE, very few artist can deliver at the same level. So sad how one of the best artist ended up but still a true master.

Great to see my Rrrrrrrrrrrrrbecca for the first time this new year :) I always thought Italian sounded the most romantic, but this guy is bringin' it in español! When I first saw the title, I read it as "La Bikini" I was bracing myself for a bunch of girls running around in beach wear... lol

By far one of the best singers in the world . He gave his childhood for his trade . Of course he had a tough childhood with his father controlling everything etc etc… anyhow… what a pleasure to listen and see performing to this amazing singer.
