lol she just uses a ton of force to mask the inability to hit high notes which she has never been able to do.her high notes usually sound extremely strained and painful. im shocked her larynx is still functioning after so much starining. but her fans are so delusional they think if she uses force she automatically has a RANGE. lmao. a true range is WEhitney houston , celine, mariah. from present day artists it's jojo, ariana, tori kelly

Xtina is a legend. She has the power to use different textures in her voice.

Christina is a Disney Villain come to life with that voice.

I'm a 33 year old man that grew up loving rock music... But I've always been drawn to top tier vocalists. I've been telling people, ever since I watched her do a live Christmas performance with Brian McKnight, that Christina Aguilera is truly a magnificent, and extremely talented, vocalist. I've caught hell from my friends but I never stopped being an advocate of her talent. And this is coming from someone who doesn't particularly like her songs. But I don't have to like her music to see that she's a monster vocalist.

Kara Hirsch for years people were saying she was a Lyric Mezzo-soprano. Her voice is wayyy to powerful and strong to be a mezzo and her range is too wide. I was thinking she was maybe a coloratura lyric or full lyric soprano

Christina is now in her vocal prime right now...it appears she has a vocal coach!!!!! My God...as she gets older, her voice got really better...

Finally someone who understands why Xtina does what she does, the way she likes it, the way people in the olden times used to. Some people don't want to listen to perfect all the time and others don't wanna sing perfect all the time. If you got it, flaunt it. And if you don't got it, SING THAT ANYWAY, HONEY... The back to Basic era Very Very amanzing .

I like Christina's voice but sadly I'm not so keen on many of her songs (just personal preference, I know she's very good at what she does), but when she does the more vintage style stuff like this she is great. She has a great blues/jazz voice, and I loved her swing style in Candyman.

And yet she has been plagued with long periods of self-doubt. Social media being what it is, she was treated very badly for years. If you ever watch the video for 'Beautiful' you can hear her say,"don't look at me." She really thought she was ugly for a long time. As with anyone who has,or is, dealing with morbid insecurity and depression, you do not trust anyone, least of all yourself. It is a hard thing to overcome. I know because I am 68 and have never felt like I mattered. What makes it worse is if you happen to get on the,'hopeful, hopeless train. You find something meaningful to pursue and then after a few years of pursuit you reach the point where the hope collapses in on itself like a dying star. What you are left with is a black hole where nothing escapes, not even light. I am glad that Christina seems to have reached some peace with her gremlins, my name for the voices. I hope only good things for her.
