Hello, Coach Dounia. I like this reaction video very much! Thank you for your genuine appreciation and admiration for Morissette, especially for this Bruno Mars evolution medley. I completely agree with all your comments. I like that you pointed out that this medley is not an easy thing to do. For how can one put together many songs (there are fifteen songs here), with different melodies, different pitch, rhythm, tempo, mood, into one continuous flow, transitioning from one song to the next in a flawless manner. It is rather much easy to make mistakes, like the wrong timing -- starting the next song too early or too late -- or wrong lyrics, or wrong pitch, not hitting the high notes, or missing the beat. But not for Morissette and the 3rd Avenue band, they nailed it and slayed it! The transitions are so smooth, and Morissette once again showcased her versatility, that she can sing any song from any genre and give justice to it. She even got the moves! As you said, she was multi-tasking, focusing on the notes, the lyrics, the movements, the band, the cameras. And yet it looks easy for her. But the best thing is, she was enjoying it, she was having fun, she was like just playing. That shows her love for music and singing and performing, and for her audience, too, because she knows we will also enjoy watching this. Like you, I was also so entertained and engrossed in watching that I did not notice the time, and the more than 7-minutes performance seems too short, we are left wanting for more. 🥰

Beyond amazing! Best medley of all time!! Mori sprinkles so many of her unlimited bag of vocal techniques at just the right places, and what versatillity to move from one style to another so seamlessly. I watch it over and over and love it more every time!! By the way, if you have watched Mori much at all, you have almost certainly seen 3rd Avenue. Their director Adonis Tabanda (arranger of this medley and on base guitar behind Mori) is Mori's main musical director. 3rd Avenue travels with Mori a lot and plays in many of the Mori videos on KZread.

Bruno Mars is half Filiino-half American. His mother is from Cebu, Philippines the same province as Morissette (and me). this medley was released on the birthday of Bruno Mars.... some other songs that 3rd avenue band involved with Morissette: >Shine (on the wish bus) >I wanna know what love is (MYX live) >Stone Cold (MYX live) >rise up (Acapella version, during the pandemic lockdown), and many more. the 3rd avenue band is so amazing... especially the bass guitarist on this video named Adonis Tabanda who arranged it. Planned collaboration with Morissette & Bruno was canceled due to the pandemic... thank you... and I hope you can continue supporting Asia's Phoenix, Morissette.

Fun fact: It was said her Team just did 2 takes to come up and produce this video. 3rd Avenue -the band has been with her for already a long time like almost every event. her musical director is the one playing the bass guitar. One interesting video you may watch and reaction is Rise Up A Capella ft 3rd Avenue (black and white). this was released during her 24th bday at the height of the pandemic. it is dedicated to all the frontliners who risked their lives.

Can I recommend another amazing talent from The Philippines. 4th Impact are 4 sisters with amazing harmonies. They auditioned for X Factor UK in 2015 and that video has more than 188 million views on you tube. In feb 2023 they performed before 55, 000 people in Manila. They have many covers and a few original songs on you tube. Thes e angels will leave you speechless.
