Please check out some of Morissette's more recent stuff. She released a series of live performances on her KZread channel late last year and she released some new original music within the last month. She's maturing as an artist and she's choosing to not belt as much but rather to feature her softer side. Her mastery of tone, texture, and dynamics is mind-blowing.
