Coach Zach I just heard from the old interview of Pomoy with him telling the interviewer that he just finished third grade. So with this he must learned both Melody and lyrics by just listening and playing with his vocal control until his vocal equipment has been fashioned like it is today and I think he puts emotions into the sounds, yes his resonance is so good.

You are a gorgeous analyst of pomoy's skills in singing. I learned so much from you on how much talented pomoy is. You supplied as the right language or Knowledge of his singing ability which he himself can't articulate or explain. He has no formal training at all, I think he just sang as an outlet of his difficult circumstances during his young age until he found joy and mastery playing or experimenting with his vocal cord. cords.

Zach, thank you for your Marcelito voice and technique analysis. He had no voice training for he grew up poor homeless and living in the streets to survive. He self taught as to singing as well as reading and writing for he only finished grade 3. After he won Phil. got talent in 2011, he still didn’t have proper voice lessons. He just mastered songs esp. this one by repeating and repeating the lines following the original singers pronunciation of the bowels and perhaps mouth placement. His tone/tones are his talent which is a gift of God. Basically, he only practice through the videoke. Though rich already, he has no piano nor hired a professional voice teacher.

Dear Zach, you noticed too that he will never damage his voice if he keeps singing this relaxed. It looks like he could do this even waking up at night. With Dimash on the other hand, I see how he goes much, much further but it doesn't always looks and sounds effortlessly anymore to me. I fear he might go to far and loose his voice .

This title is given for unique vocal skills, human qualities and GREAT LOVE of the people of all ages. In Europe and US, this is equivalent to the title "Living Legend". There are only 2 vocal maximums: "Alien" Dimash and "Goddess of Nature" Diana.

Living in the street for many years.Through encouragement of people that he knows he entered Pilipinas Got Talent and won. Was invited to compete in America Got Talent, The Champion, 2020. Hi there zach... Great job and for being thourough with the analysis in terms of marcelito's singing... The fluidity of his transition from male to female voice is absolutely incredible.. Probably without you mention when tried to bridge the gap from baritone to his head tone no one would have noticed it... I know it was just a fraction of a second so if you wont focus on its might sound as if theres no such thing in his craft.. But its a good thing knowing that you appreciate his stuff... If you want a bit more interesting video try katrina velarde impersonation with ellie Goulding's Burn... you've got a lot of nice videos that everyome should see... Happy holidays...

just an info to Marcelito Pomoy..he finished only grade 3 due to hardship. in his early age his father was jailed, then his mother left him..he used to be with his father in jail and one of the jail guard orphaned him but not treated well and he end up living in streets. he used to do different jobs in order to survive..he worked in construction, in billiard hall as attendant, in a poultry with the lowest salary..he used to developed his singing when he’s working in a poultry and improved his singing..but he really longed to see his mother and when he saw in local tv; PILIPINAS GOT TALENT, he is one of the contestant (but his main porpose in joining is to be exposed and hoping that he will soon see his family..to tell the story short, during the grand final, his mother and father is with him for support..he won the grand final singing The Prayer...

He accidentally found out about his talent as he was cleaning chicken coups to make a living, one of multiple jobs he had to do growing up as he lived on the streets of Manila as he was estranged from his biological family since he was 7 years young. He only finished grade 3 education until very receny obtaining his high school diploma through adult education.

According to his personal story as interviewed by Ellen at the Ellen Talk Show in California he was homeless and worked as a pinboy at age seven at a billard house in their town to earn a little money to buy his food and slept in the street. According to him he started singing at seven just to entertain himself. No music lessons given to him...he learned to sing by himself without anyone teaching him. He entered in a singing talent show in the Philippines when he turned 18. A God-given singing talent, indeed! Check Google online and search for his personal life. You may know and understand more about him.

You may want to have a look at his I believe I can fly performance in an event, way back 8 years ago after he won the Pilipinas Got Talent b Still using a male and female voice but the timbre is different from Bocelli and Celine Dion. He used more riffs and runs in this song and belted out some. kzread.info/dash/bejne/mH6MuqSKfJrQZNI.html Btw,!he did not have vocal training as he grew up in the streets and did odd jobs like poultry cleaner and construction. He joined the contest for tv exposure so he can find his mother who left him when he was a baby.

Hi Zach, thank you for all the hard work and care that you put into your videos and analysis. I was wondering if at some point you can look at Axl Rose. There is no doubt in my mind that what he does is destruction and he has paid a price for his art. I'm not sure which video I can recommend because his voice has changed dramatically multiple times. Now, I love Guns N' Roses, but I am very interested in hearing an educated resource analyze the choices that Axl has made throughout his career. Thank you again!
