I used some Kaplan, some AceableAgent and read a lil oncourse learning . I did 3 real estate exam scholar and my result came back failed

I only studied a lot when i went for the first time last year but the second time was so easy, all thanks to my aunt who introduced me to Mr Mason am really grateful.

I have sat for Real Estate Exam for the 4th time now and still failed, i guess license isn't meant for people like me😭

A friend of mine took the course and didnt read either. She passed the state exam after just listening to the info.....so yes its possible. I myself am a reader, but with twins its kinda hard to pick up a book..lol. i take my state exam in about 5 days. These vídeos have really been helpful!!!!!! Very confident now!!!

Never got around to posting this but without your vocab videos I definitely wouldn’t have been able to pass my exam. I passed about four months ago. The funny thing is that I passed my national exam but I had to retake my state. You don’t have a specific vocab video for the state of Maryland. So I had to rely on my course I paid for. Goes to show how much better you are than other online courses.

I remember taking the insurance license state exam. Plus the class ... just to sell insurance... well I have new challenge ... even though I’m familiar with RE the exam looks complicated

Thank you so much for the this practice videos. This upcoming month is my exam, hopefully I pass it.

I just started my classes last weekend and am at a total loss because I just am not understanding it. The classes are on the weekends only and we go thru 4 chapters a day in random orders. I really hope this site can help me understand it without feeling stupid. I am really excited to use this site as a great learning tool to help me become a great agent:)

Savoy Beats You can do the classes online but you can’t complete the exam and get a license without completing and passing the classes. They give you certificates you need to bring in order to take the exam.

You have to prove you've completed 60-90 hours prepping for exam. That could be in a classroom or online

Real Estate exams won't bother you or be a problem if you work with someone like Mrs Brenda.
