I wonder, do Israelis write with type letters, like in books, I mean this square writing, used in the video, or wrte in cursive, which is basically one more set of letters, most of which look different, than the square writing used in printing or typing

There is a cursive form of writing, but it is usually only being used for hand writing. When learning Hebrew you will always have to first master the print letters.
Please do a video of animals and birds name in hebrew.
