    Since injury and 3 months off (sadly) I'm building my stamina back and getting Garmin Overreaching - on my V02 so I'll drop my distance and start interval training (as easy pace) at first building up.... Thanks Sage

    Im 46 and my vo2 max is 53. Tried to increase it for few months but it does change😂
