I'm so glad to see you've got your fridge filled already. I love making Tofurky sandwiches, too. I put it on toasted sourdough bread, slathered with vegan mayo, mustard, and ketchup, and I throw on some dill pickle chips, onion slices, tomato slices, half an avocados worth of avocado slices, strips of red bell pepper, a cut of iceberg lettuce, a slice of vegan cheese, and of course, a dash of salt and pepper, and it is absolutely divine.

Yes that is almost my exact sandwich as well! So good! Sourdough is the best bread!

No! We do different kinds of workouts. I like low impact, he likes heavy weights! ☺️
