Hey Sam I’ve been watching you for a while and I really love you…but I know you’ve been saying you struggle with anxiety…and I know that you’re probably not religious and don’t go to church but I feel like you could read the Bible…there’s a verse that says “do not be anxious about anything,but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving present your requests to god and the peace of god which transcends all understanding will guard your heart and your mind”…I don’t even know if you’ll see this…but yeah most people don’t even know that the Bible speaks over all these things we could experience idk girl…don’t pamper your anxiety…take control of your thoughts because you can.
