Yes it is a great place full of nature’s wonders. I have no idea po since the caretaker didn’t know business details po. Judging by the look of it they need more maintainance workers to make the place more attractive and they need a new marketing strategy to kick off tge promotion of this place

The bank po will only give you 1/3 of the estimated value of the property po. I had our lot assessed too and I can only get 2M loan so the manager explained that to be on the safe side only 1/3 of the assessed amount is loanable. Thank you Tsaka mas Mura po Pag repossessed properties na talaga po

Stephen there are properties in laguna that doesn’t cost a premium. or in bataan province. you could build something out of the ‘overprice’ and start your new life. or if you don’t mind going further south,camarines norte has got a lot to offer.

I have been looking at your videos n most if not all of your properties that you r trying to sell r over priced me personally wouldn’t be looking at your videos no more I like Nestor Ortinero he has cheaper properties. I suggest you tell your property owners that if they ask for too much $ their properties r gonna be in the market for years
