There have been several people sharing that they're not doing vlogmas this year and honestly I totally respect it. I can't imagine vlogging and editing not only high quality but entertaining videos EVERY DAY. It’s true about washing your hair everyday! My mom did hair for over 20 years and I’ve learned that we need to treat our hair and scalp similar to our skin and keep it clean and hydrated so that it stays healthy. Great vlog! 💜

You only have more shedding when you wash it every few days because if you wash it every day you get a little of it shedding daily but it’s still the same amount either way. Massaging your scalp when you wash your hair is important to help increase circulation though.

Hi! I’m at hair stylist. Shampoo twice. If your hair is getting oily that will help train your hair so you don’t have to wash every day. The first shampoo gets rid of the oils and dirt and second shampoo will actually do the job! If you do that you’ll start to train your hair and not have to wash every day

you loose around 100 hairs a day so if your washing your hair only every few days more hair is going to fall out at once as oppose to a little bit each day so its completely normal to seem like "more" hair is shedding if you arn't washing every day.

It makes sense some peoples hair gets damaged from less washing but yours looks really healthy and you probably notice more shedding because if your washing daily your losing a small amount daily, but say you wait three days to wash, you might have 3days worth of fallout. But then again I have curly hair so I only brush when I shower so maybe that’s not true for straight hair 😂

For this year, film the week and on Fridays post the vlog, so every Friday for the month of December there is a new video. Next year.. film some videos throughout the year, and during vlogmas post those videos.

OMFG YES I have ALWAYS said this. I could play the same song on Apple Music and Spotify in my car and the Apple Music one will play so much louder and with more bass coming through at the same volume and everything compared to the Spotify one. I have no idea way. Spotify just plays so more quieter I hate it. I wish there was a way to fix it like in the Spotify settings lol
