There is no scientific proof that having coffee on an empty stomach is bad for you. An influencer or a podcaster saying something doesn't make it true and should be backed by science before beliving everything they say.

straight black coffee on an empty stomach can be okay for some people. but when you start adding sugary creamers, syrups, etc., it is bad for you lol.
